    I have only had this machine for 1 day. I had a problem with it so I call customer service. Customer service was a great help, pleasant and knowledgeable. The problem was solved and it was definitely user error. She walked me through the set up.
    This machine is incredible. It went through material that my domestic machine would just truly die. I love the needle positioner. It stops on a dime, no extra stitches. The stitches are great. Fast or slow they are all the same, perfect. I can't wait to do my first project with it.

    I have only this machine for a couple of hours and I had problems. Customer service was incredibly. I don’t know what the problem was but I know it was my fault. Customer service walked me through a few steps and up and running.
    About this machine. It’s amazing. It walks through material that my domestic wouldn’t even think about. The stitches are beautiful. The needle positioner is a great add on. I’m definitely glad I got it. I can’t wait to do my first project, everything that I’ve been wanting to do for some time.
