When Placing an Order:
Be mindful of items availability this information is noted on each product we have listed on our website.
Product listings will say in stock or Pre-Order thus states the estimated availability. Also be mindful to read the listings information provided, for products listed on our website. Many manufactures make models that offer different options, but the model of the product doesn't change. (Different options are offered by the manufactures for different application setup types.)
What is a Pre-Order:
(Prepay) Order (of an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later. (Also known as: Special Order/non-stock item and or not a stock product)
Out of Stock Products:
Listed product pricing and shipping pricing subject to change when a product is listed Out of Stock thus not able to Add to Cart and or if MFG pricing was updated. New stock pricing will be updated upon arrival In Stock and or Non-cancelling Pre-Order listed available for adding to cart and checking out.
Shipping Policy:
For Freight we offer shipping to Commercial or residential locations (Curbside Delivery) through Old Dominion Freight (LTL). We offer UPS standard parcel shipping services. We offer shipping services to United States (50 States) and Canada Only. Note: that there are restrictions on some products. There are few states within the United States our shipping services we use Old Dominion Freight (LTL), and UPS Ground (parcels) may not offer shipping services for some area.
All orders over $400 will require Signature upon receiving. All machine order requires adult signature upon receiving.
Please note: The shipping rates for the items and or machinery we offer/sell are weight, dimensions and receiving location based automated by the shipping company's we use.
If a package/order is returned due to no one being available to accept and sign for order/delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact us if they need to schedule another shipment for same order. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipment Note:
- Orders 139 lbs. or under will ship via UPS. (Depending on the orders dimensions.)
- Orders over 140 lbs. Will be shipping freight via Old Dominion Freight (curbside)
Returns Policy:
Product must be in original condition and unused item and or machinery. Must be within 15 days of original Invoiced order date to be eligible for return. If all these things do apply for your order, please contact us via email at info@citysew.com with your order information, to inquire about a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note: Return Shipping cost will be at cost to the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restock Fee: 10% to 30%
